A Space to Feel Seen, Heard and Understood

Hi, I’m Kristin (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing process. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically, feel emotionally safe, and work collaboratively toward meaningful growth and change.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I strive to create a supportive environment grounded in empathy, reflective listening, and genuine connection. Together, we can work toward building insight, strengthening coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and reconnecting with your inner strengths.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), while tailoring treatment to fit each individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

As an AuDHD therapist, I understand the importance of feeling genuinely seen and accepted without pressure to mask or fit into expectations that may not feel authentic to you. I strive to create a space that is supportive, affirming, and tailored to your individual needs.

My clinical background includes working in outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and correctional settings with individuals from diverse multicultural backgrounds. I have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and you do not have to navigate it alone. Whether you are seeking support for healing, self-understanding, or personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
